It is our aim to make sure all our customers (you/your) are completely satisfied with our service. visaexpress.us.com is dedicated to helping you traverse through your immigration process with confidence, and we guarantee your satisfaction. However, in the event you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at once by sending an email to [email protected] so we can fix the problem, issue a refund (if applicable), or provide you with credit that can be used for future visaexpress.us.com services.
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee covers issues directly caused by visaexpress.us.com occurring PRIOR to arrival in the USA. We provide this satisfaction guarantee in addition to certain other guarantees provided by law. See our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for more details. All refund or credit requests made under this guarantee must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your government filing. For example, the pertinent government agency may reject an immigration petition or application for reasons outside the control or responsibility of visaexpress.us.com. Government backlogs can also lead to long delays before your filing process is complete. Likewise, visaexpress.us.com does not guarantee the results or outcomes of the services rendered by independent lawyers under an independent Limited Scope Lawyer Agreement.
This guarantee does not cover changes to your situation or to your state of mind. It does not apply if entry is denied by the CBP Officer, due to an Epidemic/Pandemic related reason. This Guarantee is void if you have made misrepresentations on an application and/or you have provided misleading information during the course of our service to you. This Guarantee is void if you have already requested a refund or if you have requested a chargeback from your bank.
We provide a refund policy which is effective PRIOR to the submission of your Visa application to the United States Department of State and/or United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. By making a purchase of services on this website, you agree and accept to be bound by the terms of this policy. Upon your review of the government forms for submission after your purchase, your approval of these documents will constitute waiver of your right to a refund from that point onwards. Should a material error be made on your application, we will re-submit the application on your behalf at no additional cost to you, but a refund will NOT be issued.
Refunds PRIOR to the submission of your Visa application to the United States’ Government must be requested by emailing [email protected]. The Subject line must read: “Visa Refund Request”. Your refund request email MUST include the following information:
We will process your request within 24 hours after we have received all the information requested above from you. Approved refunds will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase and should appear in your account within 1-7 business days based on your financial institution’s policies and your statement’s billing cycle. If 10 days have passed and your refund is not reflecting in your account, please contact our Billing Department to assist you further.
Please note that this policy cannot and will not apply to government fees remitted to the US Department of State, the US Citizenship and Immigration Services, or other pertinent Governmental agencies, which are non-refundable and not an item that we have any control over. We cannot refund or credit any money paid to other third parties with a role in processing your order (such as your medical examiner). This includes payments made by you to a lawyer supplying legal services under an independent Limited Scope Lawyer Agreement.
By obtaining our services, you agreed to be bound by the service terms and this refund policy. Utilizing a chargeback to obtain a refund outside of these conditions is a violation of these terms.
We take this issue extremely seriously and may report suspicious payment disputes to both the payment processors as well as the US State Department and/or Canadian Immigration Service, and other pertinent agencies as applicable, along with accompanying proof of fraud. As chargeback fraud is a crime, such conduct can result in being temporarily or permanently barred from entry to the destination country, as well as result in possible criminal and civil charges.
Chargeback fraud is theft and larceny. Individuals who have been caught perpetrating chargeback fraud have been prosecuted for such. According to Nasir N. Pasha (Esq.), the managing attorney of Pasha Law PC in an article published by Chargeback.Com “Where you (the merchant) have reasonable proof that chargeback fraud occurred, it need not be for a large sum of money for authorities to prosecute. There are different degrees of charges that range from petit larceny, often defined [as] theft that is below $50, to grand larceny, often defined as theft above somewhere between $500 to $1,000.”
